The Coaching Fellowship Coaches Council is comprised of coaches from our long-standing coach community. They are charged with working to deepen coach engagement of our 100+ strong coach community. Furthermore, they will support evolving our coach recruiting practices and conduct in-depth coach interviews. They also provide critical insight and support with our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals and initiatives.
The Council is comprised of five Coaches, representing a diversity of geographies. Council members serve for a 1-year term.

Arsenia Corcoba Santamaria is a catalyst of tribes. She’s CEO of Tombo Leadership Coaching. Her purpose is to encourage people to have courageous conversations and to support teams to get in touch with their real successes. She connects high performers with their core, their inner person. Her aim is to maximize your innate creative skills and potential resources. She’s on a mission to connect and to drive people to create powerful visions & groups of heartful leaders.
Sharon brings more than 25 years of international experience in both international trade and foreign affairs. She has lived in 5 countries - USA, Venezuela, Canada, Belgium, Israel and is now based in Yangon/Myanmar. Her specialty is working with expats, repats and international executives assisting them to lead international teams, manage cross-cultural interactions and to solve successfully cultural differences in a global business environment.
Eileen’s personal and professional life reflects her commitment to working towards a just and equitable society. Her skills range from organizing in a service union to strategizing for effective leadership in major service organizations. As an experienced mentor, consultant and coach Eileen is inspired by dynamic and talented leaders.
Maureen works with individuals to mindfully and authentically create results that matter in their work, home and community. Her approach supports individuals in connecting to their identity as a leader and stepping into their vision. Maureen is a citizen of the Tahltan First Nation and currently lives in Whitehorse, YT, Canada.
After advising, recruiting, and mentoring high level European executives for over 10 years, Claudia's specialty today is helping executives, entrepreneurs, and parents acquire the most important leadership skills: to gain perspectives in how they look at their life, create awareness of their inner self, make choice in how to live and take responsibility for their impact on others. Speaking 4 different languages (German, Spanish, English, and Portuguese) and having lived in Europe and USA gives an additional cultural understanding.
